Jeffrey Betcher, of the Quesada St. Gardens Initiative has livedworkedandplayed in the Bayside neighborhood of San Francisco since 1998. In his time on the south side of the city, he’s been working with his immediate community to bring life and culture back to the communal spaces that abound in the area.
